ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED,
BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 10 TO SECTION 2A -7-N,
CONDITIONALLY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED hy the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
Section 1. That Section 2A -7-N of ordinance No. 2.479, as amended, be
further amended by adding after Subsection No. 9 of said Section, the
following Subsection No. 10, ten (10) described as.
"10":
Lot 15, Block 3, Liberty Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and Two
Family Residence District be and the same hereby zoned as "C -Z"
Conditional Zoning as described above, subject to the following
conditions:
(1) That this Conditional Zoning request be reviewed in one (1)
year.
2) That no signs be allowed on the premises indicating the
proposed use of the property other than those required by
State Licensing procedures.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 17th day of
November, 1996, approved by the Mayor on the 19th day of November,
1986.
