AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY IN BLOCK 38,
ORIGINAL PLAT OF WATERLOO WEST.
RE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
follows?
That the East-West alley in Block 3:9, Original Plat
of Waterloo West, in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City's retention
of an easement over, under, and above the northerly ten (10) feet of
the above described alley.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 17th day of November,
1986, approved by the Mayor on the 19th day of November, 1986.
