ORDINANCE NO. 3464
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THF TRAFFIC CODE 7Y REPEALING
SUBSECTION (35d) SANMARNAN DRIVE OF SECTION 541,
INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAINAREAS.. AND BY ENACTING
IN LIEU THEREOF NEW SUBSECTIONS (85d) and (85e) SANMARMAM
DRIVE TO SECTION 541, INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN AREAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa!
That Subsection (B5d) SanMarnan Drive of Section 541, Increasing
Speed Limits in Certain Areas of the Traffic Code of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety that new -
Subsections (B5d) and (B5e) SanWa.rnan Drive of Section 541,
Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas of the Traffic Code of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa. are hereby enacted in lieu thereof as
follows:
(85d) Sanarnan Drive From Hammond Avenue to
Penneys Street - 45 mnh
(85e) SanHarnan Drive From Penneys Street to
Texas Street - 35 !7'oh
Passed and adopted by the City Council this 8th day of December,
1985, and approved by the Mayor this 10th day of December, 1986.

That Subsection (85d) San-
Marnan Drive of Section 541, In-
creasing Speed Limits In Certain
Areas of the Traffic Code of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, Is hereby
repealed In Its entirety; that new
subsections (850) and (85e) San-
Marnan Drive of Section 541, In-
creasing Speed Limits in Certain
Areas of the Traffic Code of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, are here-
by enacted In lieu thereof as 101 -
lows:
(850) SanMarnan Drive
From Hammond Avenue to Pen-
neys Street - 45 mph
(85e) SanMarnan Drive
From Penneys Street to Texas
Street - 35 mph
Passed and adopted by the City
Council this 8th day of December,
1986, and approved by the Mayor
this 10th day of December, 1986.
