AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CODE BY REPEALING
SUBSECTION (17) HAMOND AVENUE OF SECTION 569, TRUCK
TRAFFIC PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREFTS AND BY ENACTING
IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SURSECTION (17) HAMMOND AVENUE OF
SECTION 56D, TRUCK TRAFFIC PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STPEETS.
RE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection (17) Hammond Avenue, of Section 569, Truck Traffic
Prohibited on Certain Streets, of the Traffic Code of the City of
Waterloo. Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety ° that new
Subsection (17) Hammond Avenue of Section 569, Truck Traffic
Prohibited on Certain Streets, of the Traffic Code of the City of
Waterloo. Iowa, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as fol lows
(17) Hammond Avenue From Shaulis Road to southerly
corporate limits
Passed and adopted by the City Council this 8th day of December,
1986. and approved by the w,avor this 10th day of '')ecember, 1996.

BE IT ORDAINED by the City
Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
That Subsection (17) Hammond
Avenue of Section 569, Truck Traf-
fic Prohibited on Certain Streets,
of the Traffic Code of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby re-
pealed in Its entirety; that new
Subsection (17) Hammond Av-
enue of Section 569, Truck Traffic
Prohibited on Certain Streets, of
the Traffic Code of the City of
Waterloo, Iowe,. is hereby enacted
in lieu thereof as follows:
