AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF DRAINAGE
EASEMENT IN LOT NO. 3 IN SHUMAN ADDITION,
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
RE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
That the drainage easement legally described as follows.
The North 21 feet of the East 1.2 feet of the. West 50
feet of Lot No. 3 in Shuman Addition, City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo. Iowa, this 22nd day of December, 1985, and approved by
the Mayor on the 24th day of December, 1996.
