AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY
LYING NORTH OF BYRON AVENUE, EAST OF WISCONSIN
STREET AN!) WEST OF LAPORTE ROAD, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
AS FOLLOWS:
The 1.6 foot wide alley lying north of Byron Avenue,
East of Wisconsin Street, and West of LaPorte Road,
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, this 22nd day of December, 1986, and approved by
the Mayor on the 24th day of December, 1986.
