AN ORDINANCE ALIFNDING OROINAtICE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, WOON AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE, BY ADDING SECTION 2A-60, VACATION kEE, TO PARC
XYVIII-A.
BE IT ORDAIThD BY THE CITY MUNCH, CF THE CITY OF TATERLOO,
KVA:
That Part X_XVIII-A, Section 2A-60, Vacation Fee, of the
Zoning Ordinance is hereby added to Part VITill-A as 'Follows:
2A-60 VACATION FEE Upon the submission of a petition
to the Waterloo Planning, Programing and Zoning
Commission to vacate an entire public rig)lt-of-way,
or portion thereof (i.e. streets, alleys, etc.) or
easement (public utility, drainage, sewer, etc.), an
application fee shall be paid according to the
following fee schedule:
1. Public Right -of -Way (streets,
alleys, etc.) '-;25.00
2. Easements (utility, drainage,
sewer, etc.) $25.00
