AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF RIDGEWAY AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 1,IATERLOO,
AS FOLLMS:
A parcel of land located in the NE Fraction 1/4 of Section
2-88-13, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as
follows:
The North 33.00 feet of said NE Fraction 1/4 lying East of
the Easterly Right -of -Way line of U.S. Highway No. 218
(LaPorte Road) and West of the Westerly Right-of=Way line
of 1-380.
shall he, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, this 25th day of February, 1985, and approved by
the Mayor on the 27th day of February, 1985.
