AN ORDINANCE VACATINT; ANY AND ALL PUBLIC ALTEYS AND
EASD1ENTS FOR ALLEY PURPOSES ON PROPERTY BOUNDED BY
CEDAR RIVER, WEST FIFTH STREET, COMMCIAL STREET,
AND WEST FOURTH STRFET.
BE IT MAINE) BY T (DUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, ICA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Any and all public alleys and easements for alley purposes
lying on the property bounded by the Cedar River to the
north, West Fifth Street to the east, Commercial Street to
the south, and West Fourth Street to the west, all of which
lies within the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
This vacation shall not be construed as having any effect
whatsoever on any existing easements which are not for alley
purposes, including, but not limited to, any easements in
existence for the purpose of maintenance of the existing
flood control levee and wall.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, this 18th day of March, 1985, and approved by the
Mayor on the 20th day of March, 1985.
