Members present: Morrissey, Feuss, Klein, Amos, Schmitt, and Juon. Mr. Jacobs arrived at
5:00 p.m.
Moved by Schmitt seconded by Amos that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Voice -vote
Ayes: Six. Motion carried.
Objective: Review of edits to Title 1 of the City Code.
The council discussed sections 1-6A-5 through 1-6B-4 of proposed changes to Title 1 of the
Waterloo City Code.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Schmitt seconded by Amos that
the meeting be adjourned at 5:05 p.m. Voice -vote Ayes: Seven. Motion carried.
