For the consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, City of Waterloo, Iowa, does
hereby quit claim to 401 Devonshire, LLC all of its right, title, interest, estate, claim, and demand in the following
described real estate in Black Hawk County, Iowa:
Lot 22 in "Brynbrae Second Addition" in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; EXCEPT
Parcel "E" of Plat of Survey filed June 26, 2019 as Doc. No. 2019-19609, being a part of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 89 North, Range 13 West of the 5th P.M.
Subject to (a) easements, servitudes, conditions, and restrictions of record; (b) general utility and
right-of-way easements serving the property; and (c) restrictions imposed by local zoning ordinances and
other applicable law.
Deed from Iowa political subdivision. Exempt from real estate transfer tax, declaration of value and
groundwater hazard statement.
The grantor hereby covenants with grantees, and successors in interest, to warrant and defend the real estate
against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through, or under it, except as may be stated above.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural
number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
