Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Morrissey seconded by Jacobs, that the Minutes of September 16, 2019, as proposed, be approved. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Morrissey, seconded by Jacobs that the request for the following travel requests, be approved. Moved by Juon, seconded by Morrissey that the project budget for the Airport Vertical Infrastructure FYE20 Grant funded through the Iowa Department of Transportation, in the amount of $129,342 to be used for Hangar 4 rehabilitation be approved. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Juon, seconded by Morrissey that the project budget amendment for the Tri -County Task Force to budget for additional revenue received this fiscal year in the amount of $59,160 and to budget to spend $40,840 in funds received in prior years for activities of the Tri -County Task Force, as submitted by the Police Department be approved. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Juon, seconded by Morrissey that Bills Payment, as contained in Accounts Payable Invoice Report, dated September 23, 2019, in the amount of $1,874,359, be received, placed on file and approved and forwarded to the full council for approval. Voice vote - Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
