RESOLUTION NO. 2019-723
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING A DATE
OF BID OPENING AS OCTOBER 10, 2019 AND DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING AS OCTOBER 14, 2019, FOR THE FY 2020 LEVEE
TREE REMOVAL, CONTRACT NO. 990, AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications form of contract, etc., in conjunction
with the FY 2020 Levee Tree Removal, Contract No. 990, are approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2020 Levee Tree Removal,
Contract No. 990, be scheduled for October 14, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 14th day of October 2019, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with FY 2020 Levee Tree Removal, Contract No. 990.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
