RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FY 2019 CONSOLIDATED
ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT
(CAPER) FOR CDBG AND HOME PROGRAM ACTIVITIES
FOR THE PERIOD OF JULY 1, 2018 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2019
TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
FY 2019 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), for CDBG and
HOME Program activities for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, to the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development, is hereby approved and submission of the same
to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development is authorized and directed
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of September 2019.
