RESOLUTION NO. 2019-737
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS OF THE RIDGEWAY DEVELOPMENT,
1850 W. RIDGEWAY AVENUE, AND VILLAGE WEST
SUBDIVISION, PERFORMED BY BCS PROPERTIES, LLC,
OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, AND RECEIVE AND FILE TWO-
YEAR MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, BCS Properties, LLC, of Cedar Falls, Iowa, performed work in conjunction
with improvements of the Ridgeway Development, 1850 W. Ridgeway Avenue, and Village
West Subdivision, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, BCS Properties, LLC completed the aforementioned project in accordance
with the construction plans, standards and specifications of this office.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Recommendation of Acceptance of Improvements for work
performed by , BCS Properties, LLC, for the improvements of the Ridgeway Development, 1850
W. Ridgeway Avenue, and Village West Subdivision, is hereby approved, and the two (2) year
maintenance bond is hereby received and filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of September 2019.
