RESOLUTION NO. 2019-738
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MMS CONSULTANTS, INC., OF IOWA
CITY, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $5,500, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE SECTION 404 WETLAND
PERMIT FOR THE CON-TROL SITE, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 23, 2019, between MMS Consultants,
Inc., of Iowa City, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $5,500, for
professional services in conjunction with the Section 404 Wetland Permit for the Con-Trol site,
is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23`d day of September 2019.
