RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.,
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$109,500, FOR DESIGN SERVICES TO DELINEATE
WETLANDS ALONG MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. DRIVE,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 23, 2019, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed
$109,500, for design services to delineate wetlands along Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of September 2019.
