I, William W. Castle, a Professional Land Surveyor and Civil Engineer, License#19715, being first
duly sworn on oath, depose and state as follows:
I prepared a Plat of Survey and legal description for the creation of Parcels "F" and "G" of the
Northwest Quarter,Section 28,Township 89 North, Range 13 West, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa. Parcels "F" & "G" being vacated portions of platted streets in the Alabar Hills Addition.
Said Plat of Survey was signed May 20, 2019 and filed for record on May 22, 2019, in the records of the
Black Hawk County Recorder as File 2019-00017390.
This Affidavit is being made and recorded to address errors in the Parcel "G" Legal Description
(sheet 1) and on the labeling of streets shown on the plat on sheet 2.
Where it states: Linbud Avenue;
It should state: Linbud Lane;
In all other respects,the original, recorded document shall not change.
AFFIANT FURTHER SAYETH NOT.
