RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
AMENDMENT WITH CEDAR VALLEY WAREHOUSE,
LLC FOR THE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY
LOCATED ALONG GERALDINE ROAD, INCLUDING 50
PERCENT TAX REBATES FOR 5 YEARS .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated September 21, 2015 with
Cedar Valley Warehouse, LLC, for the development of property
located along Geraldine Road, including 50 percent tax rebates
for 5 years, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of September 2015 .
