RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH SYNDER & ASSOCIATES, INC. OF
ANKENY, IOWA, IN THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT PAYABLE
OF $12, 500 . 00 FOR ADDITIONAL TESTING RELATED
TO THE F.Y. 2014 STORMWATER LIFT
STATIONS (HOLLYWOOD, CEDAR BEND,
FLETCHER) , CONTRACT NO. 836, AND AUTHORIZE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated September 21, 2015
with Snyder & Associates, Inc. of Ankeny, Iowa, in the amount of
$12, 500 . 00, for additional testing related to the FY 2014 Storm
-Water Lift Stations (Hollywood, Cedar Bend, Fletcher) , Contract
No. 836, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of September 2015 .
