RESOLUTION NO. 2015-760
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT
TO MIDWEST CONCRETE, INC. , OF PEOSTA, IOWA IN
THE AMOUNT OF $261, 963 . 98 AND APPROVING THE
CONTRACT, BONDS, AND CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
FOR THE F.Y. 2016 SIDEWALK REPAIR ASSESSMENT
PROGRAM - ZONE 5, CONTRACT NO. 892, AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract, bonds, and certificate of insurance dated
September 21, 2015 between Midwest Concrete, Inc. 'of Peosta,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of
$261, 963 . 98 for the F.Y. 2016 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program
- Zone 5, Contract No. 892, is hereby approved and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. {
