RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES DIVISION FOR A $50 . 00
REIMBURSEMENT FEE PER OCCURRENCE TO WATERLOO
POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR TOBACCO COMPLIANCE
CHECKS AND DIRECTING MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated September 21, 2015, between the Iowa
Alcoholic Beverages Division and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for
a $50 . 00 reimbursement fee per occurrence to Waterloo Police
Department for tobacco compliance checks, is hereby approved and
the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of September 2015 .
