RESOLUTION NO. 2015-745
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF THE WATERLOO
SCHOOLS FOUNDATION TO HOLD A TRICK OR TROT
(HALLOWEEN THEMED) 5K EVENT ON OCTOBER 26,
2015 BEGINNING AT 8 : 30 A.M.
WHEREAS, the Waterloo Schools Foundation has requested that
they be allowed to hold a Trick or Trot (Halloween Themed) 5K
event on October 26, 2015 starting at= 8 : 00 a.m. beginning and
ending at Lou Henry Elementary School-, together with the approval
of the Director of Safety Services, and
WHEREAS, said event will begin at 8 : 30 a.m. , with the route
traveling on Prospect Blvd.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the Waterloo Schools
Foundation to hold a Trick or Trot (Halloween Themed) 5K event on
October 25, 2015 beginning at 8 : 30 a.m. beginning and ending at
