RESOLUTION NO. 2015-744
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF PEOPLES CLINIC
TO HOLD THEIR 3" ANNUAL OVER THE RIVER AND
THROUGH THE WOODS 5K EVENT ON SEPTEMBER 26,
2015 BEGINNING AT 8 : 00 A.M.
WHEREAS, Peoples Clinic has requested that they be allowed
to hold the 3rd Annual Over the River and Through the Woods 5K
event on September 26, 2015 starting at 8 : 00 a.m. starting and
ending at the 110__E. 11th Street, together with ,the approval of
the Director of Safety Services, and
WHEREAS, said event will begin at 8 : 00 a.m. , with the route
traveling on the Cedar Valley Lakes and River View Bike Trail,
crossing at Hawthorne, and traveling back to 110 E. 11th Street .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Peoples Clinic to hold the
3rd Annual Over the River and Through the Woods 5K event on
September 25, 2015 beginning at 8 : 00 a.m. traveling on the Cedar
Valley Lakes and River View Bike Trail, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 2015 .
