RESOLUTION NO. 2019-744
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS OCTOBER 24,
2019 AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS OCTOBER 28, 2019, FOR
THE DRY RUN CREEK INTERCEPTOR, CONTRACT NO. 877, AND
INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the Dry Run Creek Interceptor,
Contract No. 877, be scheduled for October 24, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 28th day of October 2019, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the Dry Run Creek Interceptor, Contract No. 877.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
