RESOLUTION NO. 2019-760
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN, INC., OF CEDAR RAPIDS,
IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $195,467.40, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE SHAULIS ROAD CORRIDOR
AND SINK CREEK DRAINAGE STUDY, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated June 3, 2019, in an amount not to exceed
$195,467.40, between HR Green, Inc., of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in
conjunction with the Shaulis Road Corridor and Sink Creek Drainage Study, is hereby approved,
and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of October 2019.
