RESOLUTION NO. 2019-762
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH ADNAN DIZDARIC AND MERIMA
DIZDARIC, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SINGLE
FAMILY HOME, LOCATED AT 1330 JERSEY LANE, WITH A
MINIMUM VALUE OF $200,000, AND APPROVING A
DEVELOPMENT GRANT OF $5,000, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated October 7, 2019, between Black Hawk Contracting &
Development Co. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the construction of a single family home,
located at 1330 Jersey Lane, with a minimum value of$200,000, and approving a development
grant of$5,000, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of October 2019.
