RESOLUTION NO. 2019-767
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH PRO-WEST AND ASSOCIATES OF
WALKER, MINNESOTA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,874.14, TO
DESIGN, CONFIGURE AND IMPLEMENT AN IN-OFFICE
AND FIELD SOLUTION FOR THE CITY TO MANAGE CODE
VIOLATIONS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated October 7, 2019, in the amount of $8,874.14,
between Pro-West and Associates of Walker, Minnesota, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to
design, configure and implement an in-office and field solution for the City to manage code
violations, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of October 2019.
