RESOLUTION NO. 2019-768
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK,
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY B & B BUILDERS AND
SUPPLY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF
$190,129.63, FOR THE FY 2019 SIDEWALK REPAIR
ASSESSMENT PROGRAM - ZONE 8, CONTRACT NO. 958,
AND RECEIVE AND FILE TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE
BOND.
WHEREAS, B & B Builders and Supply of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with FY 2019 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 8, Contract No. 958, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, B & B Builders and Supply, has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$190,129.63.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work for work performed by B & B Builders and Supply, at a total cost of $190,129.63, in
conjunction with the FY 2019 Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 8, Contract No. 958,
are hereby approved, and a two year maintenance bond is hereby received and filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of October 2019.
