RESOLUTION NO. 2019-783
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RENTAL OF FOUR (4) MOTOR
GRADERS TO SUPPORT SNOW REMOVAL OPERATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Director of said City to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with the rental of four (4) motor graders to support snow removal operations, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the rental of four (4) motor graders to support snow removal
operations, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October 14, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
rental of four (4)motor graders to support snow removal operations, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of October 2019.
