RESOLUTION NO. 2019-789 RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY CGA ENGINEERING ON BEHALF OF BCS PROPERTIES, LLC, FOR THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF VILLAGE WEST 3RD ADDITION, A 2 LOT COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION, LOCATED NORTHWEST OF 1850 WEST RIDGEWAY AVENUE. WHEREAS, on this 14th day of October 2019, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the preliminary plat of the Village West 3rd Addition, a 2 lot commercial subdivision, located northwest of 1850 West Ridgeway Avenue, was presented for approval by CGA Engineering, on behalf of BCS Properties, LLC, and WHEREAS, said preliminary plat has been previously submitted to and was approved by the City of Waterloo Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on October 14, 2019, and WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, the preliminary plat, submitted by CGA Engineering, on behalf of BCS Properties, LLC, of the Village West 3rd Addition, a 2 lot commercial subdivision, located northwest of 1850 West Ridgeway Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved.
