RESOLUTION NO. 2015-792
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MAIN STREET PARKING LOT
LOAN REFINANCING AND CONTINUED LOAN GUARANTEE BY
THE CITY OF WATERLOO IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$216, 424 . 87, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Main Street Parking Lot Loan Refinancing and
Continued Loan Guarantee dated September 28, 2015, by the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $216, 424 . 87, is
hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute the "same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th da of September 2015 .
