RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN U. S . DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT AND THE CITY OF WATERLOO IN THE AMOUNT
OF $8, 250 . 00, FOR COMPLAINT PROCESSING,
ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS, SUPPLEMENTAL PAYMENTS, IF
ANY, ADDITIONAL TRAINING AND PARTNERSHIP
FUNDS, FOR THE FAIR HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Contract dated September 28, 2015 between the
United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa in the amount of $8, 250 . 00 for
complaint processing, administrative costs, supplemental
payments, if any, additional training, and partnership funds,
for the Fair Housing Assistance Program, is hereby approved.
