RESOLUTION NO. 2015-787
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE IOWA DOT AGREEMENT #2015-
17-219 IN THE AMOUNT OF $473, 200 WITH TSF - 1000
DOT FUNDING - $298, 200 AND USTEP - 50% IDOT
($$7, 500) AND THE CITY' S SHARE 500 ($87, 500) FOR
TRAFFIC SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS AT SHAULIS RD. AND
HWY. 21 AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Iowa DOT Agreement #2015-17-219, dated September
28, 2015 between .the Iowa .Department of Transportation and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for traffic safety improvements at
Shaulis Road and Highway 21, in the amount of $473, 200, with
TSF 100 percent Iowa Department of Transportation funding
totaling $298, 200, and USTEP 50 percent Iowa Department of
Transportation $87, 500, and the City' s share of 50 percent
totaling $87, 500, is hereby approved and the Mayor is
authorized and directed' to execute said agreement on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th da of September 2015 .
