RESOLUTION NO. 2015-785
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
DEMOLITION OF THE FORMER TRI-CITY CLOTHING STORE
GENERALLY LOCATED AT 711 LOGAN AVENUE.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2015-784, the specifications, bid
documents, form of contract, etc. , for the demolition of the
former Tri-City Clothing store generally located at 711 Logan
Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after a hearing as prescribed by
statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary
and it is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
project proceed in accordance with said specifications .
