RESOLUTION NO. 2015-784
LL RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE DEMOLITION OF THE FORMER TRI-
CITY CLOTHING STORE GENERALLY LOCATED AT 711 LOGAN
AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc. , in conjunction with the demolition of the
former Tri-City Clothing store generally located at 711 Logan
Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa have been approved and
adopted by this Council after the public hearing on September
28, 2015, as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary
and it is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , are
hereby approved.
