RESOLUTION NO. 2015-783
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE FY2016
UPPER GATES PARK PLAYGROUND PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2015-782, the specifications, bid
documents, form of contract, etc. , for the FY2016 Upper Gates
Park Playground Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been —approved and adopted by this Council after a hearing as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary
and it is so ordered on motion by this council that the said
project proceed in accordance with said specifications .
