RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO SCHAEFER TREE AND
LAWN SERVICE, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $32, 880 . 00 FOR
FALL 2015 TREE STUMP REMOVAL SERVICES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the contract dated September 28, 2015 between
Schaefer Tree and Lawn Service, Inc. and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, for tree stump removal services, in the amount of
$32, 880 . 00, in- conjunction with the 2015 Fall Tree Stump
Removal Project, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th/daf September 2015 .
