RESOLUTION NO. 2015-780
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE FALL
2015 STUMP REMOVAL PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2015-779, the specifications, bid
documents, form of contract, etc. , for the Fall 2015 Stump
Removal Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after a hearing as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary
and it is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
project proceed in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day f September 2015 .
