RESOLUTION NO. 2015-777
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF E & F PAVING
COMPANY LLC FOR A VARIANCE TO ORDINANCE NO.
3094, NOISE ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, E & F Paving Company LLC is requesting a variance
to the Noise Ordinance from September 28, 2015 through October
24, 2015 from 10 : 00 p.m. to 6: 00 a.m. , in conjunction with PCC
Paving (Concrete Sawing) project located at the Nottingham Third
Addition (Shelley Ct. ) ,, and f � �
WHEREAS, said ' project will exceed the limits of Ordinance
No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, said ' E & F Paving Company, LLC have made formal
application for a variance to the Noise Ordinance from September
28, 2015 through October 24, 2015 from 10 : 00 p.m. to 6: 00 a.m. ,
together with recommendation and approval of the Director of
Safety Services .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of E & F Paving Company LLC for
a variance to the Noise Ordinance from September 28, 2015 through
October 24, 2015 from 10 : 00 p.m. to 6: 00 a.m. , in conjunction
with the PCC Paving (Concrete Sawing) project located at the
Nottingham Third Addition (Shelley Ct . ) , be and the same hereby
granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 2015 .
