RESOLUTION NO. 2015-768
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR THE RENTAL OF
THREE (3) MOTOR GRADERS TO SUPPORT SNOW
REMOVAL OPERATIONS, AS OCTOBER 19, 2015, AT
5 : 30 P.M. , IN HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WATERLOO, IOWA WITH THE
TAKING OF BIDS ON OCTOBER 15, 2015, AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 19th day of October, 2015,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the rental of three
(3) motor graders to support snow removal operations, with the
taking of bids at 1 : 00 p.m. on October 15, 2015 .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time 'and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 2015 .
