RESOLUTION NO. 2019-799
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS
NOVEMBER 7, 2019, AND PUBLIC HEARING AS NOVEMBER 12,
2019 IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 5 SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER KITCHEN REMODEL, AND INSTRUCT
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary specifications bid documents, etc., in conjunction with
the 5 Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Kitchen remodel, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the 5 Sullivan Brothers Convention
Center Kitchen remodel, be scheduled for November 7, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo,
Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 12th day of November 2019,
to hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the 5 Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Kitchen
remodel.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
