RESOLUTION NO. 2019-801
RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF ADDITIONAL
SERVICES, TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH I & S GROUP, INC., OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $3,000, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE PUBLIC LIBRARY EXTERIOR STAIR
RENOVATION PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Notice of Additional Services to the Professional Services Agreement, originally
approved on April 1, 2019, between I & S Group, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $3,000, in conjunction with the Public Library
Exterior Stair Renovation Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November 2019.
