RESOLUTION NO. 2015-809
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
PLAYPOWER LT FARMINGTON, INC. , OF MONETT,
MISSOURI, IN THE AMOUNT OF $60, 000; AND APPROVING
THE CONTRACT, BONDS, AND CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
FOR THE FY2016 UPPER GATES PARK PLAYGROUND
PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK, TO-
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS .
BE IT RESOLVED' BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Contract dated October 5, 2015 between Playpower LT
Farmington, Inc. , of Monnet, Missouri, and bonds and certificate
of insurance in conjunction with the FY2016 Upper Gates Park
Playground Project, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of October 2015 .
