RESOLUTION NO. 2015-806
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) EMERGENCY RESPONSE VEHICLE FOR
THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2015-805, the specifications, bid
documents, form of contract, etc. , for the Waterloo Center for
the purchase of one (1) Emergency Response Vehicle for the Fire
Department, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa have been approved and
adopted by this Council after a hearing as prescribed by statute.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with the said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of October 2015 .
