RESOLUTION NO. 2015-827
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO PETERS
CONSTRUCTION OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE, FOR THE WATERLOO CENTER
FOR THE ARTS SCHOITZ ROOM RENOVATION IN THE
AMOUNT $132, 318. 00, AND MAYOR AUTHORIZED TO
EXECUTE SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract bonds and certificates of insurance, dated
October 12, 2015, between Peters Construction of Waterloo, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $132, 318 . 00, in
conjunction with the Waterloo Center for the Arts Schoitz Room
Renovation, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October 2015 .
