RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
PRIVATE SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION SERVING PRAIRIE
RAPIDS SQUARE, AS SUBMITTED BY BRAIN ENGINEERING,
INC. OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA; AND SEWAGE TREATMENT
AGREEMENT DNR FORM 29 (NOV 00) WITH THE DEPARTMENT
OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND THE FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF
CONSTRUCTION -PLANS SUBJECT TO THE REVIEW AND
ACCEPTANCE BY THE DNR,` AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the construction plans for ' the private sanitary sewer
extension, serving Prairie Rapids Square, as submitted by Brain
Engineering, Inc. of Cedar Rapids Iowa, and the Sewage Treatment
Agreement, DNR Form 29 (00) , dated October 12, 2015 between the
Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, for the final acceptance of construction plans subject to
the review and acceptance by the Iowa Department of Natural
Resources, are hereby approved and the Mayor and is authorized
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October 2015 .
