RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 FOR A NET
DECREASE OF $8, 270 . 00 FOR THE F. Y. 2014 FLOOD
CONTROL GATEWELL REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 867; AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Change Order No. 2 dated October 12, 2015 for a net decrease
of $8, 270 . 00, for the FY 2014 Flood Control Gatewell Repairs,
Contract No. 867, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October 2015 .
