RESOLUTION NO. 2015-823
RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF DISCONTINUATION
FROM NPDES COVERAGE UNDER GENERAL PERMIT NO. 2 TO
THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES IN
CONJUNCTION WITH F. Y. 2014 BLOWERS CREEK STORM
WATER LIFT STATION AND DRY RUN. CREEK IMPROVEMENTS,
CONTRACT NO. 842, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Notice of Discontinuation from NPDES Coverage Under
General Permit No. 2, dated October 12, 2015, to be submitted to
the Iowa Department of Natural Resources in conjunction with the
FY 2014 Blowers Creek Storm Water Lift Station and Dry Run Creek
Improvements Project, contract no. 842, is hereby approved and
the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October 2015 .
