RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH C & S
CAR COMPANY FOR A 2016 HYUNDAI SANTA FE VIN
#5XYZUDLBXGG340504 TO BE USED BY THE SCHOOL
RESOURCE OFFICERS FOR A 6 MONTH PERIOD AT NO COST
TO THE CITY, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated October 12, 2015, between C & S
Car Company of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to
lease a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe, VIN #5XYZUDLBXGG340504, to be used
by the School Resource Officers for a period of six months at no
cost to the City, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October 2015 .
